Vietnamese Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 Chinese sausages, cut into a small dice
  • 15 cooked prawns, shelled
  • 3 tablespoons canned peas
  • 1⅔ lb cooked rice
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 onions
  • ½ ActiFry spoon soya oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ActiFry spoon water

Preparation

In the ActiFry, brown the onions for 5 minutes with ½ an ActiFry spoon of soya oil. Pour in the beaten eggs, add the peas and the cooked rice. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the dice of Chinese sausage and the shelled prawns. Sprinkle with a little cold water so that the rice does not stick together. Season with salt and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
