Shrimp & Feta Pasta

Serve: 4 people

 Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 spoon olive oil
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 lb peeled shrimp, 31-40 per pound

Preparation

1. Place chopped garlic in the ActiFry pan, then drizzle with oil and cook for 5 minutes or until fragrant.___ 2. Add the crushed and diced tomatoes and cook for about 25 minutes, or until the sauce is thick, stopping to stir once after 10 minutes with a wooden spoon or spatula.___ 3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 5- 10 minutes, stirring once. Add the feta and stir with a wooden spoon. Serve on top of pasta. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs, if desired.
