Seafood Fritto-Misto with Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 oz salmon
  • 14 oz shrimp
  • 14 oz squid cut into slices or small octopus
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 1/4 oz flour
  • 12 oz dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 individual pot plain yoghurt
  • 1 oz/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons red wine
  • salt
  • lemon
  • 1 ActiFry spoon sunflower oil

Preparation

1. Clean the fish and seafood, cut into a dice, sprinkle with lemon juice and and salt lightly.__ 2. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Bread a second time and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the coating.__ 3. Pour a spoonful of sunflower oil in the ActiFry and add the breaded fish in 200-g/7-oz portions. Cook for 10 minutes. 4. Mix the yoghurt, ketchup, red wine, salt and pepper to prepare the sauce.
