Chicken Biryani

Serve: 4 people

 Ingredients
  • 1 Actifryer spoonful Veg Oil
  • 1 Cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili powder
  • 8 Oz Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Sm Container Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Lb Chicken breast, cut into 3/4″ cubes
  • 1 Cup basmati rice
  • 2 Cups chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee

Preparation

First, prepare Basmati rice (1 Cup rice into 2 cups boiling chicken stock, 1 Tbsp Ghee), set aside. Heat the spoonful oil in Acti-Fryer, cook chicken until the cubes are lightly browned (and cooked through). Add the rest of the ingredients, cook for 8-10 minutes (until everything is hot). Scoop chicken and sauce over rice, et viola!
