Beef Sirloin Stroganoff with Buttered Parsley & Lemon Noodles

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serve: 4 people


  • 1 (12 oz) package cooked beef sirloin tips in gravy
  • 1 can golden mushroom condenced soup
  • 6 ounces sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 pound cooked wide egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest


Place beef tips, condenced soup, mushrooms, bell pepper and onion in ActiFry. Cook 20 minutes. Mix together melted butter, parsley and lemon zest and pour over warm, cooked noodles; toss well to coat. Transfer noodles to a large heated serving platter and top with beef stroganoff.
