Ingredients
- 10-12 Wings
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp smoke paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- BBQ Sauce (renegade chicken and rib recommended)
- Hot sauce (franks or sriracha recommended)
Preparation
Put the flour, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper together in a bowl to make a dredge for the wings. Mix thoroughly. Dredge wings in flour and shake off excess (very important!). Place in actifry gently, to avoid any additional dredge coming off. If you want to add garlic flavour, place cloves in actifry as well. Cook for 35-40 min. Toss in bbq sauce and hot sauce mixture to taste. Crunch through outer skin to succulent meat inside. Repeat.
