Ingredients
- 1 lb 2 oz veal escalopes
- 1 ActiFry spoon canola or rapeseed oil
- 4 ActiFry spoons fine dried breadcrumbs
- 3 ActiFry spoons flour (plain)
- 1 egg
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- chopped parsley
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Cut the veal escalopes into pieces weighing 20 to 30 g/about 1 oz each and pound them to flatten. Season with salt, pepper and lemon on both sides.___ 2. Chop the parsley finely and beat the eggs in a bowl.___ 3. Dip the veal first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs and finally into the breadcrumbs, until well coated. Bread a second time and refrigerate for half an hour to set the coating.___ 4. Pour a half spoonful of oil into the ActiFry. Add a 200-g/7-oz portion of veal and a half spoonful of oil. Brown for about 15 minutes.
