Ingredients
- 1 strip bacon, diced
- 3/4 pound brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 ActiFry spoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ActiFry spoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Place bacon in the ActiFry and cook for 7 minutes. Cut 1/4 inch off the bottom of each brussels sprout. Pull outer leaves off and then slice the core into four thin slices. Add the brussels sprouts leaves and slices to the ActiFry and drizzle with water. Cook for 7 minutes. Transfer the brussels sprouts to a serving bowl. Toss the salad with the lemon juice and olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
