Sweet Butternut Squash fries

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Serve: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 pound butternut squash (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch strips)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • cooking spray

Preparation

1. Wash the squash off with water and dry. Next peel the butternut squash with a vegetable peeler to remove the winter protecting skin. Cut the squash into 1/2 inch strips. Set aside. 2. Spray the Actifry with cooking spray and position the fries evenly. Spray the fries with cooking spray toss to coat entirely. Sprinkle the salt, cinnamon and chili powder on top of the fries. 3.
