Ingredients

- 1 cup Granular sugar
- 1 cup Veniger
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp Lemond juice
- 1/2 cup Water
- B.
- 250g Pork (shoulder blade)
- 1 Egg
- 5 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Onion (slice into 3cm wide)
- 1/2 Carrot (slice into 3cm wide)
- 1 cup Sweet and sour sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Preparation
1. Making Sweet and sour sauce: Add all ingredient “A” in a small pot, high heat to boil it up and turn to mid heat to cook till it turns sticky. 2. Prepare ingredients “B” Slice pork into 3cm wide, adding salt, pepper , egg and cornstarch, mix them well together. 3. Add 1 tsp cooking oil to Actifry, as well put the mixture of meat into the pan. Close the lid, turn timer to 15mins and power on. Open the lid, adding all the vegetable and sweet and sore sauce, close the lid and power on again, cook it till times out. A delicious “Swwet and Sour Pork” is ready for serve!
