- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 T-Fal spoon of olive oil
- Spice of your choosing
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce of your choice
Preparation
Put chicken thighs around Actifry pan (paddle in). Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with spices if you like. Cook for 15 minutes. Add barbecue sauce. Cook for another 15 minutes. (I watch it the last 5 minutes. Larger amounts or thighs may need more time.)
