Smelts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smelts (cleaned)
  • Juice of 3 leons
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Flour

Preparation

Thoroughly clean the smelts by removing heads and insides. Run thumb nail along back bone to remove all blood. In bowl add juice, garlic, salt & pepper. Add fish juice mixture. Let marinade in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove fish from bowl coat with flour. Place fish in Actifry. Served here with baked potato and carrots Cook 15 minutes.
