Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz salmon
- 14 oz shrimp
- 14 oz squid cut into slices or small octopus
- 3 eggs
- 5 1/4 oz flour
- 12 oz dried breadcrumbs
- 1 individual pot plain yoghurt
- 1 oz/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 4 teaspoons red wine
- salt
- lemon
- 1 ActiFry spoon sunflower oil
Preparation
1. Clean the fish and seafood, cut into a dice, sprinkle with lemon juice and and salt lightly.__ 2. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Bread a second time and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the coating.__ 3. Pour a spoonful of sunflower oil in the ActiFry and add the breaded fish in 200-g/7-oz portions. Cook for 10 minutes. 4. Mix the yoghurt, ketchup, red wine, salt and pepper to prepare the sauce.
