Sausage and White Beans

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serve: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Diced Onion
  • 3/4 Lb Italian Chicken Sausage (or any other type will do)
  • 1 19 oz Can Cannellini Beans
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 Small Diced Tomato
  • 3/4 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Italian Spices, Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Bunch Baby Spinach

Preparation

– Cook onion and loose sausage for 7 minutes. ( or until sausage is cooked) Breakup sausage if necessary with a spoon. – add 1/2 spoon of olive oil (only if dry) – add remaining ingredients and cook 5-7 minutes. – add more chicken stock during cooking if too thick. – Server over pasta, rice, or bread. Enjoy!
