Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • Victorian Epicure Pesto Herb Mix
  • PC Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Sprinkle a small amount of the Pesto Herb Mix. Roll in Panko Bread Crumbs. Salt & Pepper to taste. Remove spatula and lay the fillets in Actifry cooker. Cook for 15 minutes, turning after 10 mins. Served here with Actifried Sweet Potatoes and a curry dip. The Salmon was delicious.
