- Some pesto sauce
- Crumbs on top if preferred

Just spread some pesto on top of the salmon fillet, if you like it crunchy sprinkle breadcrumbs on it, I put it in tinfoil to retain the juice ( you may want to remove the paddle) Only need 5 mins cooking time, or slightly longer to get the topping crispy
