- White wine
- lime juice
- garlic and onion (with oil)
- cilantro and basil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash mussels thoroughly. Turn Actifry on and begin to fry (2) minced cloves garlic, bit of chopped onion and 1 tablespoon olive oil for 5 minutes. Mix in separate bowl – cilantro, juice of (1) lime and 1/2 cup of white wine (with salt and pepper to taste). Add diced tomato if you like. Add approx. 20-30 mussels to Actifry cook for 3 minutes (until shells open). If you like them cooked well – cook longer. Add basil leaves and cook for one minute for added flavour. Scoop mussels out into bowl and spoon broth over top of mussels. Enjoy!
