Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes cut into shoestrings
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary (or a pinch dried, crumbled)
- 1/2 tsp Montreal steak spice
- 1 scoop oilve oil
- parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
Add fries, thyme, rosemary, steak spice and oil to the Actifry. Cook for 35 mins, until golden and crispy. Plate and grate parmesan generously over top.
