- 2 eggs ( beat the eggs )
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 active fry spoon oil
- 200g long-grain rice (uncooked weight), cooked and left to go cold
- 200g green beans
- 2 big onions
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1-tsp soy sauce
- 1-tsp abalone sauce
- Few dashes of ground white pepper
- 6 clove – Garlic, finely chopped
- A pinch of salt – eggs

Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 13 minutes Serve: 4 people Preparation 1. Put garlic into the Actifry and pour in 1 Actifry spoon of sunflower oil. Set timer to 2.00 minutes. 2. Put onion + green beans + beaten eggs ( sprinkled little salt ) into Actifry , set timer to 4 minutes 3.Add abalone sauce, soy sauce & pepper into rice & mix well before adding into Actifry. After the beeping sound done of the green beans and onion. Set timer for another 7 minutes. 4. Once done, you may add in the spring onion on the actifry by stiring evenly. Use the available heat of the rice to make the spring onion crunchy. 5. serve with hot
