- 1 zucchini 7 oz
- 5 1/4 oz white mushrooms
- 1 medium aubergine (eggplant)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 3 1/2 fl oz dry white wine
- 2 ActiFry spoons crushed cloves garlic
- a few sprigs of parsley
- 2 ActiFry spoons of virgin olive oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation
.1 Wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini and aubergine into slices without peeling them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside for about 15 minutes. Then cut them into cubes. Clean the mushrooms and slice. Cut the peppers into thin strips.___ 2. Put the aubergine, zucchini , peppers and mushrooms in the ActiFry. Pour in the oil and cook for 15 minutes.__ 3 Crush the garlic and chop the parsley. Add them to the ActiFry with the white wine. Season. Cook for another 10 minutes.
