Ingredients
- 1kg lamb back strap cubed
- 2 medium onions cubed.
- 2 medium red or green capsicums cubed
- juice of one lemon
- salt, pepper to taste and a generous sprinkling of dry oregano
- 1 spoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Marinate for 20 minutes. Cook for 15 minutes using the paddle. Serve on warm pita bread with a generous side of rocket drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
