Ingredients
- Chicken wings bone in skin on (6-8) for 2 people
- Enough low fat greek yoghurt to marinade chicken
- Marinade spices of your choice. I used cayenne pepper, white pepper, garlic granules, paprika, salt, turmeric
- 25g Flour
- 25g Maize flour (corn flour will also work)
Preparation
Add spices to yoghurt and marinade wings for a minimum of 30 minutes but up to 1 day. Add some extra spices to a mix of flour and maize flour in a bowl. Dip marinated chicken in flour and shake off excess. Place in actifry (with paddle) and lightly spray with oil. Cook for 30minutes for two people
