- 1 lb 5 oz green beans
- 2 pears, not too ripe, peeled and diced
- fresh sage, chopped
- 2 ActiFry spoons of peanuts
- 3 1/2 fl oz low-fat whipping cream
- 3 1/2 fl oz vegetable stock
- 1 ActiFry spoon oil
Preparation
1. Cut the ends off the green beans and cut them lengthwise.___ 2. Pour a spoonful of oil in the ActiFry pan and cook the beans for about 10 minutes with the sage.__ 3. Add the diced pear and the peanuts.__ 4. Pour in the vegetable stock with the cream. Cook for another 10 minutes.
