PUT PEARS IN, BROWN THEM SOFTENING BROWNING THEM, CARMALIZED FOR 5 MINUTES MEANWHILE MIX YOGURT HONEY AND SAFFRON, ADD MIX IN- 5 MORE MINUTES- ADD A SPRINKLE OF CINNAMON AND IF YOU REALLY LIKE TOASTED NUTS. JUICE JUST IN CASE SAUCE IS TOO THICK NOT NEEDED..CINNAMON AND NUTS OPTIONAL TOO- BUT USE FRESH CINNAMON
