- 7 oz new potatoes
- 3 oz smoked bacon
- salt
- 7 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ oz paprika
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut into a 2-cm/¾-in dice. Pour in the oil and heat for about 3 minutes; add the potatoes and cook for about 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Add the bacon cut into a small dice and cook for 3 additional minutes. Season with salt and paprika.
