Fried Marinated Trout

Ingredients

  • 1 trout (700g/1 lb 9 oz), cleaned
  • 3 lemons
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 ActiFry spoon of oil
  • 1 3/4 oz flour
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Cut the trout into slices. Season the fish with salt and pepper.__ 2. Mix the cloves, the crushed garlic and the lemon juice and coat the trout pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.__ 3. Add 1 spoonful of oil to the ActiFry. Coat the trout pieces one by one in flour and cook for 15 minutes.
