Ingredients
- 4 granny smith apples
- 1 cup rolled oats (quickcook if possible)
- 1 tsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation
peel and core apples, slice, toss with oil, then place in fryer for 10 mins. mix melted butter, brown sugar and oats together. sprinkle around the apples, set for another 8-10 mins
