Crispy Okra

Ingredients
- 500gm Okra
- 2 tbs Oil
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp mango powder
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 1 tbs chickpea flour
- salt to taste
- chat masala
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
Preparation
Wash the Okra and place in a sieve. Dry and clean it with a dry cloth. Now cut them vertically into two or slice them diagonally. Place all the sliced Okra in a big bowl so that it becomes easy to mix the spices. Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, mango powder,cumin powder ,coriander powder and garam masala in the bowl and mix until they get coated properly with the spices. Now keep the marinated Okra aside for 10 minutes so that they become moist form their own juice. Add corn flour, chickpea flour and oil on these Okra and mix until they get coated nicely. Place them in a single layer in the Actifry and cook for 12-15 mins. Add chaat masala to the fried Okra. Crispy Okra is ready. Serve it as a snack or a side dish.
