Ingredients
- 1 Actifryer spoonful Veg Oil
- 1 Cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 1/2 Tsp Chili powder
- 8 Oz Chopped Tomato
- 1 Sm Container Plain Yogurt
- 1 Lb Chicken breast, cut into 3/4″ cubes
- 1 Cup basmati rice
- 2 Cups chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
Preparation
First, prepare Basmati rice (1 Cup rice into 2 cups boiling chicken stock, 1 Tbsp Ghee), set aside. Heat the spoonful oil in Acti-Fryer, cook chicken until the cubes are lightly browned (and cooked through). Add the rest of the ingredients, cook for 8-10 minutes (until everything is hot). Scoop chicken and sauce over rice, et viola!
