Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground pork or beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 stick celery
- 1/2 a white onion
- 10 1/2 oz peeled tomatoes, blended
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fine salt
Preparation
Heat the oil for 3 minutes Add the vegetables cut into cubes, add the ground meat and brown for approximately 10 minutes. Add the blended peeled tomatoes, add salt and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Serve to taste.
