- 2 1/2 TBSP – Cornstarch, divided
- 1/2 Cup – Water, plus
- 2 TBSP – Water
- 1/2 TSP – Minced Garlic
- 2 – 8oz New York Steaks, cut width ways into 6mm wide strips
- 1 1/2 Acti-Fry Spoon – Vegetable oil, divided
- 4 Cups – Broccoli florets
- 1 – Sm Onion, cut into wedges
- 1/3 Cup – Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 TBSP – Brown sugar
- 1 TSP – Ground Ginger
Preparation
1. Combine in a bowl, 1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch, 2 TBSP water and Minced Garlic until smooth. 2. Coated beef in mixture. 3. Add beef and 1/2 ActiFry Spoon of Oil, cook for 10 mins. 4. Remove beef and set aside. 5. Add Broccoli, Onion, and 1 ActiFry Spoon of Oil, cook for 8 mins. 6. Comine in a bowl, Ginger, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce and the remaining Cornstarch and water. 7. Add beef and Saucee mixture to pan, cook for 6 mins. 8. Serve over white rice or noddles.
