Ingredients
- 8-10 chicken thighs
- 2 tbls brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup white vinager
- 1 red and green pepper
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbls of minced garlic ( to your own liking)
- 1 cup hulled and cleaned mushrooms
Preparation
Frist wash and trim excess fat from chicken. mix together brown sugar,ketchup,water,salt,white vinager and garlic. Pour over chicken keep any extra for later if need will cooking! cooking time: 45 mins adding the veg’s as (actifry instructions) : Tomatoes 12-15 mins : peppers 12-15 mins : onions 8-12 mins : mushrooms 5-10 i have a lg actifry the amounts be large for your actifry adjust to what you actifry will hold! my family loved it!
