Ingredients
- 1 lb 5 oz pork tenderloin
- 10 1/2 oz clams
- 1 medium onion
- 9 fl oz dry white wine
- paprika to taste
- 3 Actifry spoons of olive oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Put the clams in water with a little flour until they open and expel any sand. Repeat this procedure until all the sand has been eliminated.__ 2. Put the sliced onion in the ActiFry pan with a spoonful of olive oil and brown for 5 minutes.__ 3. Add the pork cut into cubes, 2 spoonfuls of olive oil, salt to taste, pepper and a little paprika. Pour the white wine over the meat and cook for 5 minutes.__ 4. Add the clams and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
