Actifry Prawns with Celery

Serve: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 stalks of Celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 Carrot, sliced
  • 10 to 12 Fresh Prawns (quantity depend on your choice)
  • 3 clove of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Actifry spoon of Canola Oil or Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 3/4 to 1 cup of Water

Preparation

1. Put garlic, celery and carrot into the actifry and pour in 1 Actifry spoon of canola oil. Set timer to 7 minutes. 2. Mix oyster sauce, light soya sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water in a bowl. Add the mixture into the Actifry after the beeping sound. Set timer for another 1 min. 3. Add in the shrimps and set timer for another 5 minutes. 4. Once done, transfer to plate and serve with rice.
