Ingredients
- 2 to 3 Japanese Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 Actifry spoon of oil
- 1 tsp roasted black sesame seed
- 90g sugar
- 90ml water
Preparation
1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges. Put the wedges into the Actifry. Drizzle oil over it. Set timer to 20 to 25 mins depending on your preference. 2. In a saucepot, combine sugar and water to form syrup. 3. Add the sweet potato wedges into the syrup and mix quickly. Transfer the coated wedges onto a plate and sprinkle the black sesame seeds over it.
