thai hetb salad

Serve: 4 people


  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • 2tbs fish sauce
  • 2 1/2tbs lume juice
  • chopped fresh chillies,finely chopped lemon grass around 3,kafir leaves 7 and 1/4 cups cashew nuts
  • thinnly sliced chicken 150grms


Put the lemon grass in actifry for 5 minutes. Remove and put kafir leaves and nuts with few chilli for 5 mins Remove Put in the chicken strips marinated in a bit of salt.,n black soya sauce 1/3 ts. Cook in actifri for 10 Once cook add the above cooked ingredients for 1-2 mins. Seperately Mix the lime juice,fish sauce ,freash chill and sugar..the pour over you actifried ingredients and enjoy ...
