Talipia with Broccoli

  • Light soy sauce
  • Actifry spoon of olive oil
  • 1-1/2 cup of Broccoli
  • A pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1 talipia fish

Preparation

I Added fresh broccoli to the active fry A drizzle of light soy sauce , You can use frozen if you like Butit may take a little longer to cook cooked for two to three minutes until nice and hot then I tossed in one chopped tilapia I removed the blade and left the items flat on the inside and tossed around after a few minutes so the fish could get a nice golden color very easy and tasty dish very good if you’re trying to watch your calorie intake also . This is one serving double the size if you are cooking for two.
