Potatoes & Mushrooms

Serve: 4 people


  • 1 lb 5 oz peeled, washed potatoes
  • 5.25 oz mushrooms
  • 5.25 oz onions, finely chopped
  • 5 fl oz low-fat cream
  • 1 ActiFry spoon vegetable oil


1 Cut the potatoes into cubes. Wash and rinse well. Cut the mushrooms into quarters._____ 2 Heat the oil in the ActiFry pan and cook the onions for 2 minutes. When the onions start to become transparent, add the potato cubes. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are nearly cooked._____ 3 Add the mushroom quarters and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cream. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and season.
