Mushroom Tarragon Chicken

Serve: 4 people


  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and diced
  • 4.5 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 10 fl oz chicken stock
  • 3.5 fl oz low-fat cream
  • 1/2 ActiFry spoon of corn flour or cornstarch
  • 1 sprig fresh tarragon finely chopped
  • 1 3/4 oz shallot, sliced thinly
  • 1 ActiFry spoon of oil
  • salt, pepper


1. Heat the ActiFry and add the seasoned chicken pieces. Cook for about 3 minutes, then add the shallots, and mushrooms. Season. Cook for another 7 minutes.___ 2 Add the chicken stock mixed with the corn flour and the cream. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and add the chopped tarragon. Serve.
