Lamb Savoury Bites


Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serve: 8 people

  • 1kg lamb back strap cubed
  • 2 medium onions cubed.
  • 2 medium red or green capsicums cubed
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt, pepper to taste and a generous sprinkling of dry oregano
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine


Mix all ingredients. Marinate for 20 minutes. Cook for 15 minutes using the paddle. Serve on warm pita bread with a generous side of rocket drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
