  • OIL FOR SPRINKLING

  • COURSE SALT- OPTIONAL

Preparation

TAKE THE KALE CLEAN IT SHRED IT, SPRINKLE IT WITH A BIT OF OLIVE OIL AND A BIT OF PAPRIKA. BAKE UNTIL CRISP ( I USUALLY TAKE THE OLIVE OIL AND MIX WITH PAPRIKA- AND DIP THE KALE LIGHTLY IN THE MIX AND BAKE BUT HAVE DONE IT BOTH WAYS) WHEN STILL HOT SPRINKLE WITH A BIT OF SALT AND MORE PAPRIKA (CAN EVEN ADD TABASCO TO THE OIL AND PAPRIKA MIX BUT BE READY FOR HOT). YOU HAVE TO GET USED TO BUT A LOWFAT HEALTHY ALT
