Italian Sausage and Peppers


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serve: 4 people


  • 1 lb. Italian Link Sausage
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1-2 Red, Yellow, and/or Green Peppers
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (optional)


- Cut your favorite link sausages in half then add to actifry and cook for 10 minutes - Remove all fat except for 1 Tbsp or add 1/2 spoon of olive oil if dry. - Add sliced peppers, onions and pinch of salt to sausage. Cook for 10 minutes. - Enjoy!! - Add your favorite tomato sauce at last 2 minutes of cooking if you prefer.
