Green Beans with Fresh Sage, Pears and Peanuts


Preparation Time: 8 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serve: 6 people

  • 1 lb 5 oz green beans
  • 2 pears, not too ripe, peeled and diced
  • fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 ActiFry spoons of peanuts
  • 3 1/2 fl oz low-fat whipping cream
  • 3 1/2 fl oz vegetable stock
  • 1 ActiFry spoon oil


1. Cut the ends off the green beans and cut them lengthwise.___ 2. Pour a spoonful of oil in the ActiFry pan and cook the beans for about 10 minutes with the sage.__ 3. Add the diced pear and the peanuts.__ 4. Pour in the vegetable stock with the cream. Cook for another 10 minutes.
