Glazed Apple Wedges


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serve: 4 people


  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup chopped, dried apricots
  • 2 ActiFry spoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


Peel and core the apples; cut into wedges. Place the apple wedges in a bowl. Toss the apples with the oil to coat wedges evenly. Place the apples in the ActiFry pan. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the apricots, maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender and well-glazed. Substitute dried cranberries or raisins for the apricots.
