Clam Fritters

Serve: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white or wholewheat flour,
  • 1 tsp baking powder,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning or to taste,
  • add clams and clam juice,

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, drop by teaspoonful into oiled Actifry, allow to cook till almost done, use a spatula to separate the fritters into pieces the size of a tbsp or so, cook some more, when the pieces are golden on the outside they are done, absolutely delicious served with seafood sauce or tartar sauce, tastes like deep fried calms, serve with Actifry healthy fries!
