Chinese Braised Pork Belly(客家南乳炸肉)


Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serve: 4 people

  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Red fermented bean curd
  • 1 tablespoon Red fermented bean curd paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • Some Sesame oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 500g Pork belly


1. Prepare the pork. 2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and rub the pork thoroughly with this mixture. 3. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight for the flavors to permeate the meat. 4. Roll in flour and put in Actifry.
