Beef with Beans


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 22 minutes

Serve: 4 people


  • 1 bl 2 oz lean steak
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil
  • 1 sliced medium onion
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 7 fl oz beef stock
  • 4 teaspoon thyme chopped
  • 1 can red kidney beans, washed and drained
  • salt, pepper


1. Trim the fat from the meat and cut into thin 1 cm strips.___ 2. Add the oil and onion in the ActiFry pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add the meat and continue cooking for 5 minutes.___ 2. Add the tomatoes and their juice, the stock, the thyme and the beans and cook for 4 minutes. Season with black pepper to taste.___If the tomatoes are too acidic, add a pinch of sugar to mellow the flavor.
